- Buy the Flex Pack and you won’t pay any cancellation or rescheduling fees if life happens.
- Does NOT cover flight tickets – airline change/cancellation rules still apply.
- Flex Pack can only be added to surgeries scheduled before 31.06.2026.
- Gives you ONE free cancellation OR date change 24 hour prior to the surgery date.
- With Flex Pack, you can reschedule up to 6 months ahead max. Postponing beyond 6 months deactivates the Flex Pack.
- Non-transferable to another person or another procedure – tied to the surgery written on your contract.
- Flex Pack is valid once the deposit conditions set by medicalfly are fulfilled.
- Valid for a limited number of surgery slots only.
- medicalfly reserves the right to change the campaign terms at any time.
- Without Flex Pack, standard cancellation & rescheduling fees apply as written in the medicalfly Terms & conditions (see table below):
- A processing fee of €50 for changes to hotel or flight bookings.
- A processing fee of €250 for rescheduling the surgery date within 30 days of the originally planned date.
- For cancellations more than 30 days before the surgery date, a processing fee of 15% of the total cost of the surgery will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 days before the surgery date, a processing fee of 30% of the total cost of the surgery will be charged.
