It’s essential for us as a team to regularly come together, exchange experiences, question ourselves critically, and remind ourselves of our vision and character as a company. This was the focus of our workshop in Izmir.
Under the radiant sun and in a beautiful rooftop location, our Izmir team gathered to discuss and educate themselves on three key themes.
The first part of the workshop primarily focused on handling problematic or critical situations. The team engaged in role-playing various scenarios, putting each other to the test. This approach allowed us to illuminate situations from different perspectives. Most importantly, it provided the team with the opportunity to empathize with the other side and contemplate what they might have desired in the patient’s situation, for instance. The well-being of our customers is our top priority, which is why it’s crucial for us to remain calm and find solutions in critical situations. Subsequently, we collectively pondered on how to handle imagined and particularly challenging scenarios and what potential solutions might look like.
The second part of the workshop revolved around what distinguishes our company. What we actually aim to achieve, what our values are, and above all, whether our actions align with them. We discussed areas where we can improve and further develop our company’s character.
Each individual in our company holds a unique position and significance, and their connection to Medicalfly varies. We discussed what our work personally gives us and what drives us.
In the final part of the workshop, we organized a marketing competition where everyone had the chance to present a project of their choice with a specific budget. This allowed everyone to unleash their creativity and consider how they would portray the company externally and, more importantly, how to implement it.
For us as a team, it was a highly successful workshop. However, each workshop and meeting is primarily an opportunity for the Medicalfly family to come together, exchange thoughts, laugh, and engage in conversations โ and we most definitely achieved that.
